**Maharashtra FYJC Admission First Merit List Delayed, Now Expected June 30**

Mumbai, [Date] – The Maharashtra School Education and Sports Department announced a delay in the release of the first merit list for First Year Junior College (FYJC) or Class 11 admissions for the 2025 academic year. Originally scheduled for release today, the list is now expected to be published on June 30th at 5:00 PM.

Candidates can access the merit list and associated cut-off information on the official website, mahafyjcadmissions.in, following these steps:

1. Visit mahafyjcadmissions.in.
2. Click on the link for the FYJC 1st merit list download.
3. Enter login credentials and submit.
4. View the displayed merit list.
5. Download and print the list for future reference.

A total of 9,435 junior colleges and higher secondary schools have registered for the first round of admissions, offering a combined total of 21,23,040 seats. Of these, 18,97,526 seats are available through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP), with 2,25,514 seats reserved under various quotas.

The registration process for Maharashtra FYJC admission 2025 commenced on May 21st but faced an initial setback due to website issues. The process was successfully resumed on Monday at 11 am.

Upon admission, candidates will be required to submit a range of documents, including caste certificates, non-creamy layer certificates, EWS certificates, disability certificates, certificates for children of ex-servicemen, sports certificates, embassy-attested documents for foreign students, and transfer orders/joining letters, if applicable.

The department previously released the general merit list and conducted zero round admissions for minority, in-house, and management quotas at the college level.
