**KITTITAS COUNTY, WASH. -** The U.S. Marshals Service has released a series of photographs offering a rare look into the challenging and extensive search for Travis Decker, the man accused of murdering his three young daughters in Washington state. The images highlight the difficult terrain and specialized tactics being employed to locate Decker, who has been evading authorities for over three weeks in the wilderness of Chelan and Kittitas counties.

Decker is wanted in connection to the deaths of his daughters, Paityn, 9; Evelyn, 8; and Olivia, 5, whose bodies were discovered earlier this month near his abandoned vehicle. An Endangered Missing Persons Advisory had been issued prior to the discovery.

The photos show members of the U.S. Marshals Special Operations Group (SOG), alongside the Border Patrol Tactical Unit and King County Sheriff’s Office, navigating rocky, snow-dusted mountains. One image depicts a marshal using a spotting scope, while another shows a tactical unit member poised with a long-range precision rifle. Aerial support, provided by a King County Sheriff’s Office helicopter, is also evident, illustrating the vastness of the search area, which includes areas like Teanaway Valley and Blewett Pass.

The U.S. Marshals emphasize the intensity and scale of the operation, drawing parallels to the seven-week manhunt for Eric Frein in Pennsylvania, who murdered one state trooper and wounded another. Authorities are urging residents and cabin owners along Highway 97 and Blewett Pass to remain vigilant, locking their doors and reporting any suspicious activity to the US Marshals Service at 1-800-336-0102 or via usmarshals.gov/tips. A $20,000 reward is being offered for information leading to Decker’s arrest.

Decker is described as 5′ 8 tall, 190 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a light-colored shirt and dark shorts.

A community memorial was recently held in Wenatchee to honor the lives of Paityn, Evelyn, and Olivia. Hundreds gathered, dressed in the girls’ favorite colors, to celebrate their lives with their mother, and share songs, prayers, and a candlelight vigil.
