**Hockey Hall of Fame Class of 2025 Boasts Strong NCAA Ties**
**TORONTO, ON** – The Hockey Hall of Fame has announced its class of 2025, featuring eight individuals who have left an indelible mark on the sport. This year’s class is notable for its strong connections to NCAA hockey, with four inductees having roots in the collegiate game.
**Jack Parker,** legendary coach of the Boston University Terriers, will be inducted in the builder category. Parker spent 40 seasons behind the BU bench, amassing 897 wins and leading the team to three NCAA titles. His dedication to a single program is unparalleled in college hockey.
**Jennifer Botterill**, a Harvard University standout, is being honored for her stellar playing career. A four-time All-American and All-ECAC selection, Botterill went on to win three Olympic gold medals with Team Canada. “My heart is really full with this honor,” said Botterill. “I appreciate all of the people who have helped me through my career.”
**Brianna Decker**, a Wisconsin Badgers icon, earns her place in the Hall of Fame after a decorated career. Decker won the Patty Kazmaier Award as the NCAA’s top women’s hockey player and claimed a gold medal at the 2018 Olympic Winter Games with Team USA. “I didn’t think I would ever get this call,” said Decker. “To be part of the greats that built this game is truly something that is special. I am so thankful.”
**Duncan Keith**, who played two seasons at Michigan State University, rounds out the NCAA contingent. Keith went on to have an outstanding NHL career with the Chicago Blackhawks, winning three Stanley Cups, a Conn Smythe Trophy, and two Norris Trophies. “I was lucky to play on some really good teams with some great players,” said Keith. “It’s been a journey with many ups and downs, and I want to thank the people who helped me get to this point in my life.”
Joining these four with NCAA ties in the 2025 class are **Joe Thornton, Zdena Chara, Daniele Sauvageau and Alexander Mogilny**.
The 2025 Hockey Hall of Fame induction celebration will take place on November 10 in Toronto. The event will be preceded by a weekend of festivities starting on November 8.
