**NFL and X Team Up to Reimagine ‘NFL Top 100′ as an X Originals Series**

**NEW YORK, [Date – Today’s Date]** – The National Football League (NFL) and X (formerly Twitter) today announced a groundbreaking partnership to launch “NFL Top 100,” a digitally reimagined version of the popular NFL Films countdown franchise. The series will premiere on Monday, June 30, as a first-of-its-kind X Originals series.

Produced by NFL Films, “NFL Top 100” will feature concise, three-to-five-minute episodes that highlight the league’s top 100 players, as exclusively voted on by current NFL players. New episodes will drop weekdays at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. ET on both X and NFL+ from June 30 through August 29.

Each weekday will unveil two new player rankings, culminating in ten players revealed per week over ten weeks leading up to the 2025 NFL season. The coveted top 10 will be announced on Monday, September 1, at 8 p.m. ET on NFL Network.

This marks the 15th consecutive year that NFL players have determined the top 100, but the 2025 edition embraces a short-form, digital-first format designed for today’s fast-paced fans. The series blends NFL Films’ signature storytelling with exclusive footage, insightful commentary, and a social media-centric viewing experience.
