**Stunt Actress Amends Lawsuit Against Kevin Costner, Alleges Unscripted Rape Scene on “Horizon” Set**

**Los Angeles, CA** – Stunt actress Devyn LaBella has amended her lawsuit against Kevin Costner and his production company, alleging sexual discrimination and harassment related to an unscripted rape scene during the filming of “Horizon: An American Saga – Chapter 2.”

LaBella claims she was asked to participate in the scene without warning or rehearsal, resulting in a “reckless violation” and “breach of consent.” She alleges that another actor was brought in to simulate a rape on top of her, and that her undergarments were exposed during the incident.

The amended lawsuit includes text messages between LaBella and the film’s intimacy coordinator, Celeste Cheney, the day after the alleged incident, as well as contracts and call sheets that LaBella’s legal team say support the claim that the scene was unscripted and unsupervised.

Costner was not part of the scene in question, but the lawsuit claims he was “involved” or “fully aware” of the production.

LaBella’s attorney, James A. Vagnini, stated that the evidence, including the intimacy coordinator’s report, demonstrates that the defendants “failed her in every possible way.”

Representatives for Costner and the production company deny the allegations, stating that LaBella was performing a rehearsal for a scripted scene with no intimacy or sexual content. They claim that numerous witnesses contradict LaBella’s claims and that she even texted her supervisor after the scene, thanking them for the opportunity.

LaBella initially filed her lawsuit in May, alleging that she was tasked with performing the rape scene without notice, consent, or the presence of an intimacy coordinator, as required by union rules. The suit also claims retaliation for reporting the incident.
