**Eleven Students Injured in Bus Collision Near Attingal**

**THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, June 24, 2025** – Eleven students were injured Tuesday morning after a Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) bus rear-ended a stationary school bus near the Alamcode traffic signal in Attingal.

The accident occurred at approximately 9:00 AM. The school bus, belonging to the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Attingal, was carrying 30 students when it was struck from behind by the KSRTC bus.

“The injured students were immediately transported to a private hospital in the vicinity,” stated local police. “Thankfully, none of the injuries appear to be serious.”
