This initiative, launched on June 17th at Government Model Primary School in Station Bazaar, Raichur, is part of SBIF’s Integrated Learning Mission (ILM) aimed at Reimagining Science Education.

The Kriya program is designed for students in classes 6 to 10, and aligns with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 by emphasizing hands-on scientific inquiry and critical thinking. The program aims to bridge the educational gap in rural India by providing quality science education and resources for students to experience science in a practical way.

“By providing quality science education and the necessary resources, we are enabling students to experience science in a practical and engaging manner,” said Sanjay Prakash, Managing Director of the SBI Foundation. “We believe this initiative will inspire students in Raichur to pursue careers in science.”
