**Former Model Crystal McKinney Files New Lawsuit Against Harvey Weinstein, Alleging 2003 Rape**

**NEW YORK, NY –** Crystal McKinney, a former fashion model who previously accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual assault, has filed a lawsuit against disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, alleging rape in 2003.

The lawsuit, filed Friday in Manhattan Federal Court, states that McKinney and a friend, both aspiring actresses, met Weinstein at a nightclub to discuss potential movie opportunities. Weinstein allegedly lured them to his Ritz-Carlton hotel suite under the pretense of better conversation. There, he allegedly provided the women with alcohol before coercing them into performing sexual acts with each other in front of him, and subsequently raping them.

McKinney claims she was unaware of Weinstein’s predatory reputation at the time.

This lawsuit follows a separate lawsuit filed in May 2024 in which McKinney accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of drugging and sexually assaulting her. She alleges that in 2003, Combs plied her with alcohol and drugs at his studio before forcing her to perform oral sex. She has stated that this assault led to significant mental health issues, including a suicide attempt.

McKinney claims that she was inspired to come forward by Cassie Ventura’s lawsuit against Combs in late 2023.

Weinstein, who has been retried on rape and sexual assault charges after his 2020 conviction was overturned, has denied McKinney’s allegations. Combs has similarly denied all allegations of wrongdoing.

McKinney is seeking damages for the alleged assault and the resulting emotional distress.
