**New Delhi:** The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has announced the postponement of the NEET PG 2025 examination, originally scheduled for June 15, 2025. The decision follows an order from the Supreme Court of India (W.P. No. 456/2025, Aditi & Ors Versus National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences & Ors).
According to the NBE’s official notification, the Supreme Court has directed them to make arrangements for conducting the NEET PG 2025 examination in a single shift, ensuring complete transparency and utilizing secure testing centers.
“We, accordingly, direct the respondents to make necessary arrangements for holding the NEET-PG 2025, examination in one shift, duly ensuring that complete transparency is maintained and secure centres are identified and commissioned,” the court stated. The NBE has confirmed that it will comply with this directive and conduct the exam in a single shift.
The NBE has not yet announced a revised date for the NEET PG 2025 examination. Further details are expected to be released soon.
