**Warsaw, Poland** – The first round of Poland’s presidential election concluded on Sunday with Rafał Trzaskowski of the Civic Coalition (KO) and Karol Nawrocki, backed by the ruling Law and Justice (PiS) party, emerging as the frontrunners, according to exit polls. Trzaskowski secured 30.8% of the vote, while Nawrocki garnered 29.1%. A runoff election will be held to determine the next president.

He reached out to Sławomir Mentzen, who placed third in the election, urging him to unite for a sovereign, strong, rich, and secure Poland.

Sławomir Mentzen of the Confederation party secured 15.4% of the vote, while other candidates including Grzegorz Braun, Adrian Zandberg, Szymon Hołownia, and Magdalena Biejat, received varying levels of support.

**Election Day Incidents and Security Concerns**

Police reported 255 instances of election silence violations throughout the day. Additionally, the Ukrainian intelligence service warned of intensified Russian sabotage activities during the election.
