**FOX Sports Gears Up for Extensive Indy 500 Coverage with Star-Studded Broadcast Team and Celebrity Guests**

**Indianapolis, IN – May 22, 2024** – FOX Sports, the new broadcast home for INDYCAR, is set to deliver 60 hours of live coverage of the 109th Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge. The network is pulling out all the stops with an impressive broadcast team, celebrity guests, and comprehensive pre- and post-race programming.

The race, airing Sunday, May 25th on FOX, FOX Deportes, and the FOX Sports app, will feature Will Buxton as the play-by-play announcer, joined by former IndyCar drivers James Hinchcliffe and Townsend Bell providing expert commentary. Pre-race coverage kicks off at 10:00 AM ET, with the green flag dropping at 12:45 PM ET.

The pit lane will be covered by Jamie Little, a pioneer as the first female pit reporter for an Indy 500 broadcast, alongside Kevin Lee and Georgia Henneberry. Current INDYCAR driver Jack Harvey, who is hoping to make the race, will offer unique insights from behind the wheel.

FOX Sports has also enlisted the talents of racing legends Tony Stewart and Danica Patrick, along with veteran broadcaster Chris Myers, to provide additional analysis and commentary. Tom Rinaldi will conduct feature interviews, including a sit-down with NASCAR champion Kyle Larson as he attempts the challenging Indy 500/Coca-Cola 600 “double”. Erin Andrews will have a conversation with two-time defending Indianapolis 500 champion Josef Newgarden.

Adding even more star power to the event, seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady will take the “Fastest Seat in Sports” ride alongside seven-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Jimmie Johnson. Super Bowl champion Michael Strahan will drive the Chevrolet Corvette Indy 500 Pace Car, and Rob Gronkowski will serve as grand marshal of the Indy 500 Snake Pit.

FS1’s “FIRST THINGS FIRST” crew of Nick Wright, Chris Broussard, and Kevin Wildes will be broadcasting live from Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Thursday, May 22nd, and Friday, May 23rd.

FOX Deportes will also present its first broadcast of the Indy 500, with live coverage beginning Thursday, May 22nd. Motorsports reporter Giselle Zarur will provide interviews, features, and live reports. The Spanish-language broadcast on Sunday will feature Tony Rivera, Jessi Losada, and former IndyCar driver Oriol Servia.
