**Mister Smith Entertainment Secures International Deals for Holiday Film “Tinsel Town” Starring Kiefer Sutherland and Rebel Wilson**
**London, UK** – Mister Smith Entertainment has announced a flurry of international deals for the upcoming holiday film “Tinsel Town,” starring Kiefer Sutherland and Rebel Wilson. The company has also released a first-look image of Sutherland and Firth with Wilson and Williams at a local school Christmas fair.
The feel-good Christmas movie follows Bradley Mack (Sutherland), a washed-up Hollywood action star who finds himself in a quaint, snow-covered village, cast in their local, rather unconventional production of “Cinderella.” There, he unexpectedly discovers a new lease on life and heartwarming connections with the town’s quirky residents, including Jill (Wilson), the play’s pragmatic choreographer.
Initial distribution agreements have been finalized with DeaPlaneta (Spain), Kinoswiat (Poland), Front Row Filmed Entertainment (Middle East), Active Cinema Group (Ukraine), Acme (Baltics), Blitz Film (Ex-Yugoslavia), Odeon/Femeway/The Film Group (Greece), United King (Israel), and Empire Entertainment (South Africa). In the UK, “Tinsel Town” is slated to premiere on Sky’s pay-TV service this Christmas.
Directed by Chris Foggin (“Bank of Dave”) and written by Frazer Flintham, Adam Brown, and Piers Ashworth, with additional material by Jake Brunger, “Tinsel Town” boasts an impressive ensemble cast including Katherine Ryan as Mack’s agent, Meera Syal as the production’s director, Derek Jacobi, Mawaan Rizwan, Maria Friedman, Jason Manford, Asim Chaudhry, Danny Dyer, Ray Fearon, Alice Eve, Lucien Laviscount and James Lance.
Breakout star Savannah Lee Smith and newcomers Theodora Williams, Matilda Firth and Eden Hamilton also feature.
The film is produced by Matt Williams and Pascal Degove at FAE, in association with Ava Aashna Chopra of CloudStreet Pictures, alongside executive producers Laura Grange, Piers Tempest, Martin Owen and Julia Stuart, of Mister Smith Entertainment.
