**Los Angeles, CA** – Lorraine Bracco, best known for her iconic roles in *Goodfellas* and *The Sopranos*, is opening up about embracing her new stage of life at 70. The actress, who received Oscar and Emmy nominations for her acclaimed performances, is currently starring in the Netflix hit movie *Nonnas*, marking her first foray into comedy.

In *Nonnas*, Bracco joins a powerhouse cast of seasoned actresses including Susan Sarandon, Talia Shire, and Brenda Vaccaro, playing one of four Italian grandmothers with a passion for comfort-food cooking. “It was empowering,” Bracco says of working with the group. “I love and adore all these women.”

Off-screen, Bracco embraces her role as “Flower” to her grandchildren, enjoying puppy parties and dinosaur-themed celebrations. She’s also recently renovated a home in Sicily, documented on HGTV’s *My Big Italian Adventure*, and is loving life there.

After years of maintaining her signature brunette locks, Bracco has decided to embrace her natural gray hair, a decision that’s given her “a lot of hours back.” She tells Yahoo Life she feels good, grateful and healthy to wake up every morning.

Bracco acknowledges that she is in a “transient” phase of her life, but remains open to what the future holds, even “a good lover.”
