**SHAWANO, WI** – A widespread Spectrum outage affected Shawano residents Thursday, disrupting cable, internet, phone, and television services for a significant portion of the day. The outage, which began mid-morning, left customers without communication and entertainment for several hours. Spectrum crews worked throughout the day to restore service, with full functionality reportedly returned by late afternoon. The cause of the outage has not yet been released.
