**NEW YORK, NY** – The New York Times Games announced today’s Connections puzzle, #701, has a difficulty rating of 3 out of 5 stars. Players are encouraged to visit the Connections forum for hints and discussion, but be warned: comments may contain spoilers.
The puzzle, described as a possible “reverse rainbow” due to its color-coded difficulty levels (purple being the hardest, yellow the easiest), is available now at midnight in each player’s time zone. Two daily companion articles are available to assist players, depending on their puzzle number. Players can share their solved grids and compare scores in the comments section.
