The change, implemented on May 9th, 2025, designates Santhome High Road as a two-way street from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM and after 8:30 PM. During peak hours (7:30 AM to 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM), it reverts to one-way traffic, requiring drivers heading towards MRC Nagar to continue using Loop Road.
