**Thrissur, May 11, 2025** – Dhanlaxmi Bank announced a strong performance for the fiscal year 2024-25, reporting a significant increase in net profit. The bank’s annual net profit reached ₹66.64 crore, a substantial rise from ₹57.82 crore in the previous fiscal year. This growth is further underscored by the bank’s Q4 standalone net profit of ₹28.98 crore, a considerable improvement compared to ₹3.31 crore in the same period of FY 2023-24.

The bank also reported healthy growth across key metrics. Total business increased by 14.31% to ₹28,219 crore, while total deposits saw a 12.06% rise, reaching ₹16,013 crore. Retail term deposits demonstrated particularly strong growth, increasing by 15.27% to ₹8,288 crore.

Managing Director and CEO Ajith Kumar K. K. attributed the positive results to the support of stakeholders and the successful completion of capital augmentation in the last quarter. He expressed confidence that this will be a catalyst for future growth.
