**Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh – May 12, 2025** – At least thirty devotees, many of them children, were seriously injured in a bus accident near Agarala, Chandragiri mandal in Tirupati late Sunday night. The Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) bus, originating from Tiruvannamalai in Tamil Nadu, reportedly lost control and collided with a culvert.
Emergency responders transported the injured to Ruia Hospital in Tirupati. Chandragiri police are investigating the cause of the accident.
