Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh took to X (formerly Twitter) to demand a briefing for all party leaders on the implications of the ceasefire and urged the convening of a special Parliament session to debate the matter.
Separately, Congress’s media and publicity chief Pawan Khera posted images of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi with the military on X, accompanied by the caption “India Misses Indira,” seemingly implying a perceived lack of strong leadership in the current situation.
