**GUNTUR, INDIA (May 10, 2025)** – Peddi Sambasiva Rao, a retired paramedical officer from Guntur, has published a 700-page English-Telugu medical dictionary aimed at bridging the language gap in healthcare. The bilingual dictionary provides clear explanations of medical terminology in both languages.
Union Minister of State for Rural Development and Communications, Dr. Pemmasani Chandra Sekhar, praised the dictionary in its foreword, highlighting its value in improving access to medical information. Mr. Rao, a prolific lexicographer, has previously published nearly 50 dictionaries, with his first work being a Sanskrit-Telugu dictionary. The new medical dictionary is a significant contribution to improving healthcare accessibility in the Telugu-speaking community.
