HYDERABAD, INDIA – May 9, 2025 – Over 2,300 personnel from various Telangana state agencies, including police, fire, and disaster response forces, participated in a solidarity rally Thursday evening in Hyderabad, demonstrating support for the Indian armed forces following a recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir.

The kilometer-long march, which started at the State Secretariat and ended at Necklace Road along Hussainsagar lake, included approximately 70-80 veterans from the Indian Army, Air Force, and paramilitary forces, along with 150 women officers from the Telangana Police. Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and other senior officials also joined the demonstration.

The rally, organized by the Telangana government, aimed to convey a message of unity and unwavering support for the troops deployed along the India-Pakistan border. Participants expressed their determination to bring the perpetrators of the April 22nd Pahalgam attack to justice.
