Fri May 09 08:30:00 UTC 2025: ## Armed Robbery at Leesburg Sheetz Under Investigation
**Leesburg, VA –** The Leesburg Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that occurred early Thursday morning, May 8th, at the Sheetz convenience store located at 915 Edwards Ferry Road NW. At approximately 3:47 a.m., two suspects entered the store, brandishing a firearm, and demanded cash from employees. The suspects, who were wearing all-black clothing and masks, fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money. A third suspect, also masked and in dark clothing, waited outside. No injuries were reported.
