**KOLLAM, May 9, 2025** – Kollam district in Kerala has reported a remarkable 99.41% pass rate in the SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) examinations, results for which were announced Friday. Of the 30,062 students who sat the exam, a commendable 29,886 students qualified to pursue higher studies. The results showcase a strong performance by both boys and girls, with 15,255 boys and 14,631 girls securing a pass.

A significant number of students achieved top marks, with 6,101 students obtaining A+ grades in all subjects – 2,255 boys and 3,846 girls. Individual educational districts within Kollam also demonstrated high pass rates: Kottarakara (99.5%), Punalur (99.38%), and Kollam (99.39%).
