Faris, 48, revealed in an exclusive interview with *Us Weekly* that her home was destroyed in the blaze that ravaged the Pacific Palisades, impacting thousands of homes and claiming lives.

“It’s still surreal,” Faris shared, describing the experience of evacuating as the fire approached. “We looked at each other and we were like, ‘Well, I guess better safe than sorry.’ And then three hours later, our houses were gone.” While acknowledging the loss of sentimental items and memories, she expressed gratitude for her family’s safety and the support they’ve received. “I just feel so fortunate,” she stated, acknowledging the greater losses suffered by others in the community.
