South African all-rounder Corbin Bosch, who contributed a valuable 27 runs in the first innings against the Gujarat Titans, sustained a blow to the helmet while batting. He was subsequently replaced by left-arm pacer Ashwani Kumar.
Kumar entered the game in the 10th over of the second innings and quickly made his presence felt, dismissing Gujarat Titans’ Jos Buttler for 30 runs. Bosch’s innings, which included two sixes in the final over, helped Mumbai Indians surpass the 150-run mark.
