**New York, NY (May 5, 2025)** – Electronic Arts (EA) and Major League Soccer (MLS) announced a groundbreaking partnership today, bringing live MLS matches to the EA SPORTS FC Mobile game. Starting this Saturday, May 10th, *EA SPORTS FC Mobile* players will be able to watch select MLS Season Pass games via a new in-game feature called FCM TV.
The initiative kicks off with a rematch of the 2024 MLS Cup final between LA Galaxy and the New York Red Bulls. Additional matches, including an Atlanta United FC vs. Philadelphia Union game on May 17th and two more in September, will also be streamed. All streamed matches will be simulcast from the MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.
This is a first for EA SPORTS, bringing live sporting events directly into their mobile game. Players who tune in will be rewarded with in-game currency and a free one-month trial of the MLS Season Pass. Access to FCM TV requires reaching Account Level 4 within the game. Geographic restrictions apply, mirroring the MLS Season Pass availability.
“This collaboration pushes boundaries and delivers a fan-first experience,” said Camilo Durana, Executive VP at Major League Soccer. Lawrence Koh, VP of EA SPORTS FC Mobile, added that the partnership demonstrates a commitment to bringing players closer to the game they love. The initiative aims to reach new, digitally native audiences worldwide.
The announcement marks a significant expansion of the existing partnership between EA SPORTS FC, MLS, and Apple TV, signifying a move toward innovative and immersive fan engagement in the world of football.
