**Raipur, Chhattisgarh –** The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) announced the results for the Class 10th and 12th board examinations today. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai released the results at a press conference. This year, both the top-performing students in the high school (10th) and higher secondary (12th) examinations hail from Kanker district. Ishika Bala secured the top rank in the 10th standard, while Akhil Sen achieved the highest score in the 12th standard.
The overall pass percentage for the Class 10th examination stands at 76.53%, with 245,913 students clearing the exam out of a total of 323,094 students who appeared. Girls achieved a higher pass percentage of 80.70%, compared to 71.39% for boys. The Class 12th examination saw an overall pass percentage of 81.87%.
