Rodrigues’ whirlwind innings of 123 runs off 101 balls, including 15 fours and a six, is her second ODI century and the third fastest by an Indian woman cricketer. Her knock, which included a century in just 89 balls, is only bettered by Smriti Mandhana’s 70-ball century against Ireland and Harmanpreet Kaur’s 87-ball century against South Africa. This is also the second highest individual score by an Indian woman against South Africa, second only to Mandhana’s 136 in 2018.
