**Hyderabad, May 6, 2025** – Telangana Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao paid a courtesy visit to Irrigation Minister N. Uttam Kumar Reddy following Mr. Rao’s assumption of his new role. The two men share a history, dating back to 1999 when Mr. Rao, then Joint Collector in Nalgonda district, presented Mr. Reddy with his MLA election certificate. Minister Reddy praised Mr. Rao as a highly competent and efficient officer, expressing confidence in his leadership of the state bureaucracy. Lok Sabha MP Raghuveer Reddy was also in attendance.
