**CHITTOOR, Andhra Pradesh – May 6, 2025** – The Andhra Pradesh state government has launched a comprehensive digital health survey in Kuppam Assembly Constituency in collaboration with the Tata Trust. The initiative aims to create a digital health profile for the entire population, exceeding 300,000 individuals, enabling early disease prevention and improved healthcare monitoring.
Special Chief Secretary (Health) M.T. Krishna Babu, during a visit to Kuppam on Monday, emphasized the state’s commitment to universal healthcare. He conducted surprise inspections of local government hospitals and held a review meeting with officials. The survey includes a 25-member call center offering medical consultations.
Collector Sumit Kumar highlighted the benefits of the digitized data for health status monitoring. KADA Project Director Vikas Marmat further announced plans to develop Kuppam into a model constituency for healthcare in India. The project underscores the state government’s dedication to improving healthcare access and quality across the region.
