**NEW DELHI –** India will conduct nationwide civil defense drills on Wednesday, testing emergency response capabilities across 244 districts. The exercises, designed to simulate a military attack, will place a particular focus on 100 “highly sensitive” areas, including the national capital Delhi and the financial hub Mumbai.
