**Bengaluru, Karnataka – May 4, 2025** – Sira police have apprehended a 45-year-old repeat offender and recovered gold jewelry valued at ₹9.7 lakh following a temple fair theft. The suspect, Manjunath of Arkalgud in Hassan district, allegedly stole three gold chains weighing 108 grams from women attending a local temple fair on April 14th. Police tracked him down based on a victim’s complaint and subsequently recovered the stolen gold.
