**COIMBATORE, May 3, 2025** – Over 5,700 students sat for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) today across 14 centers in Coimbatore district. Authorities reported smooth operations with arrangements in place for security, hydration, and crowd control. The exam, held from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., saw 298 candidates from government schools among the participants. Candidates were instructed to arrive early, with entry gates closing at 1:30 p.m., and to bring necessary documentation.
