**Hyderabad, May 3, 2025** – Shambhawi Singh Dev, a 2024 alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Hyderabad (IHM-Hyderabad), was the star of the institute’s annual awards ceremony last night. Dev received five awards, including first place in five academic segments, for their outstanding achievements in the 2024-25 academic year.
The ceremony, a grand affair celebrating academic and athletic excellence, featured prominent guests including Pradyumna Krishna Dasa, spiritual leader of ISKCON, and Yamuna Ranga Rao, founding principal of IHM-Hyderabad. Awards were presented to top-performing students from IHM-Hyderabad and other catering colleges in the city.
The event also marked the release of the institute’s 39th annual magazine, *Cackle*, this year focusing on the theme “Food and Spirituality.” IHM-Hyderabad, a Central Government institute under the Ministry of Tourism, expressed pride in its students’ accomplishments.
