**Wichita, KS –** It’s a busy week in country music! Several new releases are dropping, major artists are set to perform at the ACM Awards, and the industry is mourning a loss while celebrating new life.

New music fans can enjoy Eric Church’s new album, *Evangeline vs The Machine*; Morgan Wallen’s “I’m A Little Crazy” from *The Shop Sessions*; a Rascal Flatts and Backstreet Boys collaboration on “What Hurts The Most” (from their upcoming album, *Life is a Highway: Refueled Duets*, due June 6th); and Logan Mize’s new single, “I Still Do.” Additionally, Bailey Zimmerman and Luke Combs’ highly anticipated duet, “Backup Plan,” receives its world premiere today.

The 60th Annual ACM Awards, airing Thursday, just got even bigger. Jelly Roll, Megan Moroney, and The Backstreet Boys have been added to the already impressive lineup, which will also feature a medley of ACM Songs of the Year spanning six decades.

The country music world is also mourning the loss of rodeo legend Roy Cooper, who died in a house fire at age 69. George Strait paid tribute, calling Cooper a friend and hero.

Meanwhile, celebrations are in order for singer Brandon Davis and his wife Destiny, who recently welcomed twin girls. And country star Darius Rucker continues his charitable work, with his annual Darius Rucker and Friends concert at the Ryman Auditorium on June 2nd benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital; the event has already raised over $4.3 million.

Finally, Toby Keith’s horse, “Render Judgement,” is slated to run in the Kentucky Derby this weekend despite a recent setback involving a hoof injury.
