**Chennai, April 30, 2025** – Tamil Nadu students have achieved remarkable success in the recently declared Indian School Certificate (ISC) and Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) examinations. The CISCE announced a pass percentage of 99.97% for ISC Class 12, with girls achieving a perfect 100% pass rate. For the ICSE Class 10 exams, the pass percentage was an equally impressive 99.95%, again with all girls passing.
A total of 3,052 students from 79 schools across the state appeared for the ISC exams, while 6,174 students from 123 schools took the ICSE exams. These results surpass even the national averages of 99.97% for ISC and 99.95% for ICSE. The exceptional performance underscores the high educational standards in Tamil Nadu’s schools.
