Wed Apr 30 02:25:52 UTC 2025: ## Mother Dairy Increases Milk Prices in Delhi-NCR
**New Delhi, April 30, 2025** – Mother Dairy has announced a price hike of up to ₹2 per litre for its milk products, effective immediately. The increase, attributed to rising input costs, particularly a surge in procurement prices due to the early onset of summer and heatwaves, will affect various milk varieties across the Delhi-NCR market.
The company cited a ₹4-5 per litre increase in procurement costs over the past few months as the primary reason for the price adjustment. While acknowledging the impact on consumers, a Mother Dairy official emphasized the company’s commitment to supporting farmers’ livelihoods. The price revision represents only a partial offset of the increased costs, the official added.
The new prices include:
* **Toned milk (bulk):** ₹56/litre (previously ₹54/litre)
* **Full cream milk (pouched):** ₹69/litre (previously ₹68/litre)
* **Toned milk (pouched):** ₹57/litre (previously ₹56/litre)
* **Double toned milk:** ₹51/litre (previously ₹49/litre)
* **Cow milk:** ₹59/litre (previously ₹57/litre)
Mother Dairy distributes approximately 35 lakh litres of milk daily in the Delhi-NCR region through various channels.
