**New Delhi, April 30, 2025** – The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) today announced the results for the ICSE (Class 10) and ISC (Class 12) examinations, revealing a near-total pass rate and a continued trend of girls outperforming boys. A total of 252,557 students appeared for the ICSE exam, with a remarkable 99.09% pass rate. Girls achieved an even higher pass percentage of 99.37%, compared to 98.84% for boys. The ISC exam saw 99,551 candidates, achieving a 99.02% pass rate overall, with girls securing 99.45% and boys 98.64%.

Results are available online through the CISCE website, the CAREERS portal for schools, and DigiLocker. Digitally issued documents carry legal validity. Students can apply for rechecking until May 4th, with improvement exams scheduled for July. Dedicated helpline numbers are available to assist students with queries. International schools affiliated with CISCE also received their results today.

Meanwhile, Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) released Class 10 and 12 results today, and the Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) released its Higher Secondary results, accessible online and via the “UPOLOBDHA” app. The Telangana Board results are expected imminently. Other state board results, including those from JKBOSE, HPBOSE, MPBSE, and PSEB, are expected in the coming days and weeks. Specific dates and further details on access methods vary by state board. The CBSE results are also expected between May 7th and 12th. Kerala’s SSLC results will be released on May 9th, and Class 8 re-exam results on May 2nd.
