**PALAKKAD, Kerala – April 29, 2025** – Three children, including two siblings, tragically drowned in a pond near Kalladikode in Palakkad district on Tuesday evening. The victims were identified as Radhika (10), and siblings Pradeep (5) and Prateesh (4), all from the Thudikkode tribal hamlet. The children were playing near the pond when the accident occurred.
Local residents recovered the children from the pond and rushed them to a nearby hospital, but the children were pronounced dead on arrival. Police are investigating the incident.
