**Kozhikode, Kerala, April 29, 2025** – Kozhikode beach is abuzz with activity as preparations reach completion for the upcoming National Saras Mela and Ente Keralam Expo. Scheduled to run from May 2nd to 13th, the events will feature over 500 stalls showcasing a wide range of products, services, and cultural performances.
The main attractions will be housed in two large air-conditioned pavilions, each spanning 45,000 square feet. An additional 20,000 square feet pavilion will be dedicated to food stalls, with approximately 15 vendors representing other states among the 50 total food stalls.
The Saras Mela will include participation from Kudumbasree units across Kerala and Self Help Groups from other states. The Ente Keralam Expo will highlight the achievements of the Kerala state government over the past four years, utilizing modern technologies such as virtual reality. Visitors can expect displays of agricultural products, medicinal plants, rare breeds of animals and birds, and even a police dog show. Daily seminars, discussions, and special sports areas will also be featured. Evening cultural programs will be held at an open-air stage.
