Tue Apr 29 15:18:40 UTC 2025: ## Telangana EAPCET Exam Sees High Turnout on Day One

**Hyderabad, April 29, 2025** – The Telangana Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (EAPCET) commenced today with a strong turnout. According to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Hyderabad, the exam authority, 92.74% of registered candidates attended the morning session, and 93.53% attended the afternoon session of the Agriculture and Pharmacy (A&P) stream exam. A total of 28,834 candidates were registered for this stream.

The two-day A&P exam continues tomorrow. The Engineering stream exam will be held from May 2nd to 5th. The exam, overseen by the Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE), was conducted smoothly across over 100 centers statewide. While Hyderabad, with nearly 19,700 candidates, had the highest number of participants, the Adilabad zone achieved 100% attendance in the afternoon session. Senior officials from JNTU and TGCHE were present to monitor the computer-based test.
