Tue Apr 29 02:20:00 UTC 2025: **HGTV’s *Love It or List It* Returns with New Co-host**
NEW YORK – Longtime *Love It or List It* host David Visentin will be back for season 20, premiering Monday, April 21st on HGTV, but he’ll have a new partner in crime. Following Hilary Farr’s departure after 15 years, designer Page Turner will be taking over co-hosting duties.
Visentin expressed nothing but fondness for his former co-star, stating, “Hilary and I will be friends forever. I love her. You can’t work with somebody for that long and not appreciate them.” Turner echoed these sentiments, acknowledging Farr’s significant contribution to the show’s success.
The pair’s chemistry was immediately apparent, according to both. Turner recounted her initial reaction to being cast, saying, “I literally fell out of my chair. Like, ‘Love It or List It!?’” Visentin described their chemistry test as a success, noting, “We both knew we were going to enjoy each other’s company.”
While Visentin had no involvement in the casting process, he wholeheartedly approves of Turner, calling their on-screen dynamic a “honeymoon phase” compared to his long-standing partnership with Farr. Turner emphasized her intention to build upon the show’s legacy, stating, “I’m not here to erase that, I couldn’t if I wanted to. But I am here to bring Page and bring my experience and bring my design and add on to his nerves.”
This season promises plenty of drama, with emotional homeowners facing difficult decisions and complex design challenges, including zoning issues and emotional attachments to their homes. The hosts anticipate a season full of surprises and unexpected twists. Viewers can expect the same engaging blend of real estate and renovation, with a fresh dynamic between Visentin and Turner.
