**TIRUPATI, Andhra Pradesh, April 29, 2025** – Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank (APGVB) announced robust financial results for fiscal year 2024-25, reporting a net profit of ₹639 crore and an operating profit of ₹1,084 crore. The bank achieved a 9.5% growth in total business, reaching ₹50,757 crore.

Chairman Satyaprakash Singh highlighted the bank’s strong financial health, noting a gross NPA ratio of only 1.22%, a net NPA of zero, and a 100% provision coverage ratio. The bank’s capital adequacy ratio (CRAR) stands at a healthy 25.50%, with a net worth of ₹5,231 crore.

By the end of March, APGVB had amassed ₹23,667 crore in deposits and ₹27,090 crore in advances. The bank’s extensive network comprises nine regional offices and 551 branches across ten districts in Andhra Pradesh, serving approximately 64.93 lakh deposit accounts and 16.50 lakh loan accounts. Low-cost deposits make up 34.83% of the bank’s total deposits. These results showcase APGVB’s strong performance and continued growth within the Andhra Pradesh banking sector.
