**Lucknow, April 25** – The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) today announced the results for the UP Board Class 10 examinations, revealing a pass percentage of 86.66% for the 25.56 lakh students who appeared. Yash Pratap Singh from Late Smt Raskendri Devi Inter College Umari (Jalaun) secured the top spot with an impressive 97.83%. A total of 55 students secured places within the top 10 ranks.
Agra district boasted the highest pass percentage at 94.99%, followed by Basti, Mathura, Kanpur City, and Bhadohi. Sonbhadra recorded the lowest pass percentage at 74.22%.
Students can access their results through the official UPMSP website (upmsp.edu.in), results.digilocker.gov.in, and education.indianexpress.com. They will need their roll number and application number.
The exams, evaluated by over 84,000 examiners, were conducted between February 24 and March 12. Over 1.63 crore answer sheets were reviewed.
Students dissatisfied with their results can apply for re-evaluation once the forms are available on the UPMSP website. Those who failed will have the opportunity to take a supplementary examination, with details to be released later.
This year’s pass percentage is lower than the 89.55% recorded in 2024 and the 89.78% in 2023. In 2024, Shubham Verma topped the exam, while Priyanshi Soni secured the top position in 2023.
