**Cape Canaveral, FL** – SpaceX is poised to launch a Falcon 9 rocket carrying 23 Starlink satellites, including 13 with groundbreaking direct-to-cell capabilities, this Sunday, April 27th. Liftoff is scheduled for 10:09 p.m. ET from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.
This mission marks a significant step forward in satellite communication technology. The direct-to-cell satellites will allow smartphones to connect directly to satellites in low Earth orbit, bypassing traditional cell towers and potentially expanding coverage to remote areas.
