NEW DELHI, INDIA – Millions of students across India are eagerly awaiting the release of their 2025 board examination results. Major boards, including the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Telangana State Board, Punjab School Education Board (PSEB), and Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE), have concluded their examinations and are preparing to announce the results in the coming weeks.
The CBSE, which conducted Class 10 and 12 exams from February 15 to March 13, 2025, involving nearly 38 lakh students, is expected to release results in the second week of May on cbseresults.nic.in. Last year’s CBSE results saw a 93.60% pass rate for Class 10 and 87.98% for Class 12, with consistent outperformance by girls.
Telangana’s SSC results are anticipated around mid-May. The Intermediate results have already been declared, showing a 66.89% pass rate for first-year and 71.37% for second-year students.
PSEB’s Class 10 and 12 results are expected soon on pseb.ac.in. Last year, girls significantly outperformed boys, achieving pass percentages of 98.11% and 95.74% respectively.
MPBSE is expected to announce its Class 10 and 12 results by mid-May on mpresults.nic.in. The board reported a steady increase in pass percentages from the previous year, with Class 10 showing 58.10% and Class 12 at 64.48%.
The Odisha CHSE Class 12 results are also anticipated in mid-May, potentially between May 10 and 15. The board implemented a two-phase evaluation process this year.
Students are advised to check official websites for updates and to have their roll numbers and other relevant information ready for accessing results online. Many boards also provide results via DigiLocker.
