The event saw a huge influx of vehicles on the Hyderabad-Warangal highway, particularly near the Bibinagar Guduru toll plaza. Reports indicate that BRS workers en route to the meeting faced a swarm of bees near Vanavihar in Elkathurthy, causing a brief disruption. Despite this incident, and reports of 50 buses carrying activists from Nirmal district alone, the meeting proceeded as planned with overwhelming participation.
