**Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, April 25, 2025** – The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) today released the highly anticipated results for the 2025 Class 10th and 12th board examinations. Over 54 lakh students appeared for the exams, with a pass percentage of 90.11% for Class 10 and 81.15% for Class 12.
The results were announced at a press conference at 12:30 PM by UP Board Secretary Bhagwati Singh in Prayagraj. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and the Minister of Secondary Education (Independent Charge), Gulab Devi, extended their congratulations to the successful students.
**Top Performers:**
* **Class 12th:** Mahak Jaiswal from Bachcha Ram Yadav Inter College, Bhulai (Prayagraj) secured the top rank with 97.20%.
* **Class 10th:** Yash Pratap Singh from Raskendri Devi Inter College, Umri (Jalaun) achieved the highest score with 97.83%.
The UP Board also released a list of toppers for both classes, city-wise and stream-wise. A complete list of top 10 rank holders is available on the UPMSP website.

* The exams were conducted across over 8,140 centers under strict surveillance with over 2.91 lakh CCTV cameras.
* Over 3 lakh students reportedly abandoned the exam due to strict anti-cheating measures.
* Girls outperformed boys in both classes.
* Even 91 out of 94 prisoners who took the exam passed, demonstrating a 96% success rate.
The UPMSP emphasized the efficiency of the evaluation process, completing the assessment of 54 lakh answer sheets in just 15 days. This year’s results mark the successful conclusion of a large-scale examination conducted with a focus on fairness and transparency.
