**Mumbai, India** – Chennai Super Kings all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja achieved a remarkable feat on Tuesday, becoming only the second player in IPL history to score 2,000 runs and take 100 wickets for a single franchise. Jadeja reached the milestone during Match 38 of IPL 2025 against Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede Stadium, finishing unbeaten on 53 runs off 35 balls.

His innings helped CSK recover from a slow start, contributing significantly to their final score of 140/3. This is Jadeja’s fourth fifty in the IPL, and he now boasts 2,042 runs from 180 matches for CSK, with a strike rate of 135.41.

Only Dwayne Bravo has taken more wickets for the Chennai Super Kings than Jadeja’s 135+. Across his entire IPL career, Jadeja has an impressive 3,104 runs and 164 wickets. He recently became the first player ever to reach both 3,000 runs and 100 wickets in the IPL. Kolkata Knight Riders’ Andre Russell is the only other all-rounder to achieve the 2,000 runs and 100 wickets milestone for a single franchise.
