**Hubballi, Karnataka, April 25, 2025** – The Basaveshwar Rural Education and Development Trust announced the launch of Shri Basaveshwar BCA College in Sattur, Dharwad, offering Bachelor of Computer Application courses starting this academic year. The trust, which began with just five students in 2004, now boasts hundreds across various degree programs.

Chairman Sharanappa Kotagi stated that partnerships with multinational companies and institutions will ensure student placement after graduation. The trust is committed to affordable, quality education and currently provides free education to over 25 students annually. Over the past two decades, their focus on student development has resulted in nearly 100 students achieving top academic ranks and over 25 receiving gold medals.

Trustee Nagaraj Kotagi highlighted the trust’s commitment to holistic student development through mentorship and guidance. The trust currently operates colleges in homeopathy, pharmacy, education, science, arts, and commerce, along with a primary school and international study support programs.
